Luxury and functional hotel with modern decor. Particularly good and perfect location, near to transport links. Close enough to central London and central Croydon, and the town centre. Outstanding food served, hot breakfast.

Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was relaxing and clean, it had perfect and amazing location in a local cafe. We really enjoyed the functional-style building and well laid out room with good internal space.

View is lovely.
The breakfast was good hot and excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed a great selection of meals. The rooms are spotless and stylish, equipped with a kettle and a writing desk.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and most helpful.
The door to our room was difficult to open. This was brought to the attention of a member of staff at reception but the problem was not resolved. We ordered food from the lunch menu on arrival. We waited over 30 minutes for our lunch to be served and when it did it was cold.

Customer service was amazin, super friendly n smiley! Room was clean n comfy, 1 of the best beds I've slept in. Shower was powerful and easy to use, no fuss at all. Perfect location with shops close by and the whitgift centre just across the road.
The only downside was that the parking can be tricky. There were some people hangin around the entrances which was a bit weird.

Booking the hotel room was very easy and the staff were excellent. The vicinity was perfect for why we needed to stay in London. Thank you.
We had a family room and had to request some more towels to cover the amount of people staying in the room.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation and we were lucky to stay on a floor that had been completed. The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent.
This is a "green" hotel which means that you will not get fresh towels every day. We stayed five nights and received on two fresh towels the whole time. A small inconvenience.

Not the sort of place I would choose to stay in. Too impersonal. Floor upon floor of corridor upon corridor, no heart or interest at all. Good if you just want an impersonal, bland but clean place to say for a business trip but I prefer more character.

Good value for money and easy access for the national sports centre at Crystal Palace about 20 mins away.
Had to ask for additional pillows. The ones supplied were so small and thin that you were almost lying flat on the mattress! Additional ones were supplied quickly.

Why would I use offensive language? It was fine. Very central, everything you might expect for the price. Most of the staff very good. We liked it.
The girl who checked us in asked us if we'd like a newspaper for the morning, and then didn't put the request into the system!
